J&S Studio offers branding and social media design services, including but not limited to:

• Logo & brand identity design

• Social media content & templates

• Design collateral (business cards, brochures, etc.)

• Creative direction and visual strategy

Each service is subject to a separate agreement, outlining scope, timelines, deliverables, and pricing.

3. Payments

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your project.

• The remaining 50% is due upon completion and before final files are delivered.

• Payment plans may be available upon request.

• All prices are listed in [Currency, e.g., GBP or EUR] and may be subject to VAT, where applicable.

 

4. Revisions

Each project includes two rounds of revisions unless otherwise stated. Additional revisions will incur extra charges.

5. Intellectual Property

• J&S Studio retains the rights to all design work until the final payment is received.

• Upon full payment, you are granted full rights to use the final designs for their intended purposes.

• J&S Studio retains the right to showcase the work for promotional and portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed.

6. Client Responsibilities

• You agree to provide timely feedback, content, and materials needed for the project.

• Delays in communication or approvals may affect the project timeline.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

• The 50% deposit is non-refundable.

• If you cancel after the project has started, additional fees may apply for work already completed.

8. Limitation of Liability

J&S Studio is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of the final designs. We are not responsible for printing or production errors caused by third-party vendors.

9. Use of Website

By accessing our website, you agree not to misuse, copy, or reproduce any of the content, including text, images, or designs, without written permission.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services or website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
