This is where your brand begins to take shape. Through a guided Q&A, we’ll dive deep into your vision: exploring your goals, values, audience, competitors, and what sets you apart. We’ll also gather visual inspiration and create a moodboard to define the overall direction and feeling of your brand. This foundation helps ensure every design decision is intentional, aligned, and uniquely you.
Colour Palette
Your branding package includes a thoughtfully curated colour palette with primary and secondary tones, chosen to reflect your brand’s values and evoke the right emotions. Each colour is selected with purpose: to complement your identity and connect with your ideal audience in a meaningful, memorable way.
Brand Guidelines
Your brand guidelines are like your brand’s rulebook — a simple, go-to guide that shows you how to keep everything consistent. It includes how to use your logo, colour palette, fonts, and visuals so that whether you’re creating a social post, a business card, or a website, your brand always feels cohesive and recognisable.
Logo Suite
We’ll design a custom logo that reflects your brand — along with the necessary variations to ensure you have the right logo for every application. From your main logo to a sub-logo, submark, and icon, you’ll receive everything you need for both print and digital use. So whether it’s your website, packaging, or Instagram profile, your brand will always show up looking its best.
Typography
We’ll select a font/fonts that align with your brand’s personality, usually a primary and secondary typeface. These fonts will bring consistency to your brand across all platforms, helping your visuals feel polished, professional, and easy to recognise. From your website to social media, the right typography helps tell your story with clarity and style.
Brand Assets
Depending on your brand’s needs, we’ll design custom elements that add personality and depth to your visual identity. Pricing depends on the package you choose, as each project is tailored to your needs and goals. We require a 50% deposit to secure your spot, with the remaining 50% due upon project completion. Timeline
Great branding takes time. We like to fully immerse ourselves in your vision to deliver thoughtful, intentional results. Most projects take 3–4 weeks, depending on the scope and any add-ons.

FAQ
What’s not included in the pricing?
We’re all about keeping things transparent. As long as the project stays within what we agreed on in the contract, there won’t be any surprise costs. That said, if you request extras during the process that weren’t originally included (like extra logo variations, social templates, etc.), we’ll let you know the additional cost before moving forward. Also, if we’re working on anything web-related, you’ll need to purchase your **own domain and hosting** (starting around €20/month). If we use **paid fonts**, those licenses will also need to be purchased on your end.
Do you offer payment plans?
Absolutely! We get that investing in your brand is a big step, and we’re happy to make it easier. We can chat during the discovery call and set up a payment plan that fits your budget and timeline.
How many revisions are included?
We include two rounds of revisions in every branding package — that’s usually the sweet spot to get everything just right. If you need more after that, we’ll give you a heads-up about any additional costs.
What happens if I need adjustments after the project is done?
No worries! If you'd like changes after the final files have been delivered, we can absolutely help. We’ll quote you a small hourly or flat fee depending on what you need, and you’ll always be informed before we start.
Can I add more items to my package later?
Yep! If you fall in love with your brand and want to expand (like adding merch, a full social media pack, or motion graphics), we can totally grow with you. Just send us a message, and we’ll create a custom add-on.
